Our Competition Team is made up of dedicated students who are ready to train harder, challenge themselves, and take their karate skills to the next level.

We are proud to have developed multiple national champions, Team USA members, and international medalists. Our athletes compete in high level tournaments throughout the United States and around the world, including NKF, AAU, and WKF competitions.

Competition Team members receive focused training in advanced technique, speed, strength, strategy, and performance under pressure. Through competition, students learn how to set ambitious goals, respond to setbacks, accept feedback, and demonstrate respect and sportsmanship whether they win or lose.

Team members may have opportunities to:

• Compete in national and international tournaments
• Travel throughout the United States and abroad
• Participate in NKF, AAU, and WKF competitions
• Work toward becoming national champions
• Pursue opportunities to represent Team USA
• Attend specialized training sessions and workshops
• Learn from high level national and international coaches
• Build confidence, resilience, discipline, and sportsmanship
• Make lasting friendships with athletes from around the world

Our students also travel to attend special training sessions and workshops with accomplished instructors. We regularly welcome high level coaches to our school to lead workshops, introduce new training methods, and help our athletes prepare for elite competition.

Joining the Competition Team requires commitment, consistent training, and a strong desire to improve. For students who are ready to test their abilities, travel, compete, and become part of a supportive team, this program offers an experience that reaches far beyond the tournament floor.
